The University of Southern Denmark is a university in Denmark having campuses in Zealand and Southern Denmark. It is also referred to as Syddansk Universite or SDU.

The University of Southern Denmark is glad to announce that it is now accepting applications for international Ph.D. fellowships in European Union law for the 2023 academic year. Your employment as a salaried Ph.D. research fellow is governed by the agreement of November 10, 2015 on Graduate Employees in government appendix 5 – protocol on Ph.D. research fellows. The scholarship has a duration of three years.

For consideration for the International Ph.D. Fellowships in European Union Law at the University of Southern Denmark, candidates are advised to fulfill the requirements listed below:

Acceptable Subject Matter for a Course

: The three-year Ph.D. position will be focused on Power Capacitors and their applications.

Accepted Standards: To be eligible, candidates must satisfy each condition, which includes:

Candidates must have a cand. jur (LL.M. ), cand. merc.jur, or comparable postgraduate legal degree as a minimum educational prerequisite. If they haven’t yet finished their legal education, candidates should be able to present proof that they’ve started it. Experience in fields other than law study could be considered advantageous by employers. Submissions and any prior research records that have been published may be considered advantageous. The applicant’s enthusiasm, drive, and overall application content will all be taken into account to find the best fit for the position or team.

Entry Requirements: A conversational interview will be part of the screening process.

Both verbal and written English proficiency are requirements for candidates.

An information-filled project description regarding the research that is intended to be done as part of the application and that is related to EU legislation and the CJEU (maximum 5 pages, each with a maximum character count of 2400; includes appendices, bibliography, spaces, notes, etc.)
