1. Step 1

boiling chicken

The first thing you need to do is boil your protein with some water (you will be using the water to parboil your rice so make sure it is enough). Add some salt, stock cube, curry and thyme to taste. Once your protein is ready, take it down and heat up some oil to fry it.

Next, fry your protein on medium heat to avoid splashing. Once it is ready, pack them all in a plate and take down the oil.

2. Step 2

diced vegetables

Dice all your vegetables (carrot, green beans, spring onions) together, take out the canned vegetables and also mixed them together in a bowl. Then cut up your sausages into smaller pieces and then proceed to fry.

It is advisable to fry in a nonstick pan to better results. Heat up about two spoons of oil and put in sauté some onions then proceed to pour in all your vegetables (canned and fresh) with your sausages. Add in some salt, stock cube, a spoon of curry and a pinch of thyme for more colour and then fry on low heat. Once it steams a little bit (make sure it is not too soft) take it out.

3. Step 3

toasted rice

In another pot, toast your washed rice with a little butter or oil or about three minutes and then add your protein stock, add some more curry and thyme, salt and cube to taste. Parboil and make sure it is soft before you take it down. (if your rain is soft and you still have water in it, drain it with a sieve).
